WOMEN'S WEEKENDS (in conjuction with Rim Tours of Moab)
*These weekends start with a skills workshop on the grass Friday evening. We will work on balance exercises, cornering drills, switchback practice, front wheel lifts and more. Saturday and Sunday include coached rides working on these skills. We will split into groups according to ability. Also on Saturday, we will do a stretching for cycling session in the afternoon after riding. We take a maximum of 12 women per weekend.

ABILITY LEVEL: The Advanced Beginner to the Intermediate level rider. An
Advanced Beginner is comfortable shifting gears, has riden on basic
singletrack and dirt roads, and has a fitness level that allows them to
ride up to 11/2-2 hours.
*Includes the Firday night Skill's Workshop, the coached rides on Saturday
and Sunday, the stretching for cycling session, 2 lunches (gluten-free and
dairy-free options), a goody bag, and prizes

*To make sure you have a fun and safe weekend.
*We want to help you achieve your goals for the weekend. These goals may
be to simply have a fun getaway weekend with the girls in a beautiful
place. They may be to help you improve your skills and confidence in the
sport, so you have more fun riding. Or they may be to help you enter your
first race or improve your times in your races.
*Lodging is not included in our price
PLEASE NOTE: Lodging in Fruita and especially Moab books up 1-3 months
out, so please book early for the camps to be assured lodging. Book at
the time of signing up for camp.
*LA QUINTA - We have held rooms here for April 27th and 28th under Vail
Mountain Bike Camps. Call and have the rooms put in your name.
